Η μαρίνα της Λάρνακας από την 1η Απριλίου 2022 αγοράστηκε από επενδυτική εταιρεία και ξεκίνησε η ανακατασκευή της. Είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία μιας και βρίσκετε στην πόλη στο πιο τουριστικό κομμάτι. Η περιοχή φυλάσσεται όλο το 24ωρο και παρέχουν δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης για τους ιδιοκτήτες γιοτ.
